Residents at The Cedars care home in Altrincham, which provides high quality residential care for the elderly, recently saw Pancake Day celebrated in the time honoured fashion, with pancakes topped with jam and cream proving a particular favourite.

A range of new activities recently introduced at Pen-Y-Garth Care Home in Brymbo have been well received by residents, including a ‘roll the dice’ prize game, craft activities such as making various types of bird feeders for the external garden, and coffee/ cake morning / afternoon every Wednesday, to name just some.
Pen-Y-Garth residential home for the elderly near Wrexham has seen its Luncheon Club becoming ever more popular with our residents over recent months, a number of whom have taken the opportunity to make lots of new friends out in the community.
