The sun came out for residents from The Cedars care home in Altrincham last week when they enjoyed a lovely lunchtime canal cruise on ‘The Butty & Sweet café boat’. Residents at Pen-Y-Garth residential and EMI residential care home in Brymbo have made the most of our outdoor facilities and fantastic views of the surrounding countryside during the summer months, exploring our lovely sensory gardens and playing a range summer games in our beautiful landscaped gardens.
A number of residents from Pen-Y-Garth care home in Brymbo, which provides high quality residential care for the elderly, including dementia care, recently attended a local school and took part in the Sports Day, joyfully cheering the children in all their Sports Day races.
On the 21st August, Pen-Y-Garth care home near Wrexham, which has been providing high quality care for the elderly since 1994, will delight in celebrating the 100th birthday of our resident Mrs. L.. Family and friends will be in attendance at a special birthday party held in Mr. L’s honour, complete with telegram from the Queen.
