Aerobics at Pen-Y-Garth “of a sort” are part of what’s going on today at the care home with hands , fingers and arm exercises to music planned. Will it be 1940’s , 1960’s or 1980’s musical era I wonder Glen Miller, The Stones, Queen, George Michael or Whitney Houston to name but a few?

St Patrick’s Day w brings with it a workshop at our care home in Brymbo , Pen-Y-Garth . The workshop is on sweet making which I’m sure will be welcomed by most residents and hopefully wont present too much competition to the likes of Mars and Nestle.

It’s no egg-aggeration to say that Easter is always a special time at Pen-Y-Garth high quality care home in Wrexham, and this year is no egg-ception. There will be an Easter fete which will include a Bonnet making competition, cake-making, a Great British bake off cake sale, and an Easter egg raffle.
