Everyone at Pen-Y-Garth Care Home near Wrexham would like to extend a warm welcome to Lian, our new Activities Co-ordinator. Lian’s addition to our team has been very well received by residents and friends alike, and can only serve to further enhance Pen-Y-Garth’s reputation for excellent personal care and dementia care for the elderly, including those with dementia.

We truly care about the celebrating the lives of our residents who make up our care homes. Family members and friends are very much encouraged to be involved in the life of our care homes too, with numerous lounges for companionship or simply enjoying a cup of tea and a chat. We have regular social events, a full programme of activities, and our landscaped grounds are a delight all year round, but especially in the warmer months.
