Helpful, good, kind and easy to deal with
How our staff described by the people who matter most – our residents and their families
“Words cannot express how grateful and lucky I feel”
“Words cannot express how grateful and lucky I feel to have found your care home and the carers who work there. Mum was so well looked after and I feel that the care you gave comes from having big hearts and kindness in abundance. Many thanks and good wishes to you all.” – Alison D, relative
Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I am always contacted regarding my father’s health. Compassion and care. 10 out of 10 – your level of care is fantastic. My father hasn’t been so bright and healthy in years. The care you provide for him is great.
It’s a huge decision to place a parent in a care home. I looked at so, so many but I knew I had found the ‘Home’ when I viewed The Cedars. The staff are amazing and I know mums care is their utmost priority. From moving into everyday care, they are supporting you as well as your parent.
I do not know where to begin in thanking you all. The Cedars is a truly happy home. Your dedicated care, patience, sense of humour and high standards are an example to us all. I cannot imagine how I would have managed over the last 6 years without your skills, friendship and wise words.
My mother is treated with kindness and respect. The staff take great care of her health, noticing problems and responding quickly. The home is always welcoming and is well managed, always clean and there are signs of great attention to details such as seasonal flowers and decorations. My mum tells me she feels safe and very well cared floor. The kitchen seems enterprising and offers freshly made good food.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for the way you looked after mum over the past 4 years. You treated her with the utmost respect and dignity, as you do with all your residents. I could not have wished for a more caring environment for her to have spent her last few years. I just wanted to thank you for the kindness you showed to me, but more importantly to her.
