Involving our residents in daily activities is an important part of the specialist dementia care provided at Pen-Y-Garth care home for the elderly in Wrexham, and as such a large group of residents have been enjoying baking, making biscuits, cakes, scones and rock cakes for everyone to eat at supper time. The sessions are always a huge success, the goodies are lovingly devoured, and questions abound as to on when the next baking session will be. Paul and Mary would be proud !
